pygo/gnugo/regression/games/century21/README

These are games which were played at the 21-st Century Cup
Tournament in York, Pennsylvania in July, 2001. The engine
which played was very similar to GNU Go 3.0.0.
Beginning of implementation of a ctypes-based interface to libboard, which is a much cleaner set of Go routines than I hacked together originally.
