Modify terminal configs to be simpler and to work with modern gnome-terminal. The 'position' property in the window matching needs work, but this is better than the non-feature I had before.

Add some optional startup commands for VMs, and remove scroll-wheel desktop change, since I never use it and it is occasionally annoying.

Newer versions of sawfish bind Ctrl+Tab. Apparently I'm the only sawfish user who uses a graphical web browser? Anyway, update the unbinds to account for it.
